Fees cover access to the conference, Daily coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception. *Daily coffee Breaks and Daily Lunches are supported by the Spanish Ministry of Health.
Gala dinner for one person is included in each paid registration.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Attendees must register by filling out one Online Registration form per person. You will receive a reservation confirmation; if you do not receive it, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Technical Secretariat at eufasd2024@pacifico-meetings.com
If the student registration is selected, please, provide proof of a present enrollment in an academic institution.
A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent after the payment is received. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any further change or check.If you have any difficulty with the registration, please send an e-mail to eufasd2024@pacifico-meetings.com We cannot accept telephone requests.
All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods will be available:
Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically upon request by e-mailing eufasd2024@pacifico-meetings.com
Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until August 15th 2024. No personal check will be accepted for any payments.
Payment on-site: Cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates who cancel their attendance before July 22, 2024, at 23:59 (GMT+1) will receive a refund minus 50 € for processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation after July 23, 2024.
Delegates wanting to claim the fee refund, please send by e-mail a written request eufasd2024@pacifico-meetings.com
Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.
EUFASD 2024 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
